We welcome all types of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels up to 35ft in well-maintained condition.

Our rates start at $700/month for 2 occupants. $25 extra per month for each additional person. Pets are allowed after manager approval, without extra fee.

Yes, we offer 50% off the first month for long-term tenants, and the RV Park covers the first $50 of the electrical bill.

Yes! Each new applicant will have to cover the cost of the criminal background check prior to moving in.

Yes! A $700 deposit is due prior to move-in, which is refundable at time of move-out if the site is left in clean, intact condition.
